Should I buy from Ireland?

I know Fitbit is launching in India soon, most likely early next month. However, one of my friends is coming from Ireland, where she can get it for around ₹8,500.
The band is priced at €99 in Ireland, and there’s a 23% VAT refund available at the airport for purchases made during the stay. So, after the VAT refund, I’d effectively be paying around €77.
My question is:
Is it worth getting Fitbit Air at this price?
The only concern I have is that, since the official India launch is so close, the international variant may not come with full warranty support in India.
