Anyone here know how to install RHRE?

I've been wanting to make custom remixes for a while, but I can't figure out how to get RHRE to work... I have its Linux file downloaded, but I can't figure out the commands to open it (I have zero coding knowledge)... I was wondering if anyone here would be able to oversimplify the instructions/tell me the commands needed to get it to work?
