FPS ISSUES

Does anyone experience Good gaming pc but still low fps or significant fps drop
I have ryzen 5 5600 rtx 3060
start the game with 600fps
when minions meet, fps goes 130
then stabilize at 90-110
even in sr
anyone knows how to fix?
i think this started when they removed the "enable dx9 legacy"
