Convergence, No horse and 2 crashes

I downloaded the latest version of the mod and I have the launcher, but I can't seem to get the launcher to find elden ring but I can just launch Convergence in the folder. Awesome! But I can't summon torrent and there's two spots in stormvail castle where the game just consistently crashes... I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, any hell would be awesome!! Also not very computer savvy as well
