Is there any software on PC that can merge clips with different height and width?

I have around 10 different clips in Win10 PC in mp4 format that are in different resolution, 1980x1080, 1960x1060, 1980x1070 etc. Instead of manually change their resolution to a standard, is there any software I can drop them all in and merge them all at once? Thanks
