Starting from (basically)zero, is it possible to clear Dire before EOS?

I've just come back from the game after a 2 year break and have come back for a month since. When I last played, Neuvillette was considered completely gamebreaking, and hyperbloom was top of meta. I personally played international and HuTao double hydro.

Fast forward to today, I don't have the 3rd team for menacing, and can't 36* abyss. What makes it worse is that I don't have beyond C2 for any character, including meta 4 star supports. The only substantial cons I have are on XL, bennett, Diona, and Faruzan. I've also lost every 50 50 that I've ever gotten, including the most recent 75% Capturing Radiance buffed one.

It seems like c6 4 stars and C0R1 5* for every slot is required to beat Dire as a F2P, something that I am far from.

After losing yet another 5050 on the Odette banner, I'm completely out of primos. Although seeing as Genshin is going to last several more years, I'm thinking of making a push to Dire. It's probably going to take a couple of years, but I've already played this game from like 2.1 to 5.3 already and I'd like to see it through. I know that for F2P in particular, you must match the shill for each Stygian boss, so I've made a plan such that for the patch that I push for Dire, it'll be the beginning of a region with teams of the first strong DPS in that region and the strongest of the 2 regions before.

Against my better judgment, I got Mavuika and Citlali. This is bad because I won't have time to build my other 2 teams, and she is currently 2 regions behind, meaning that she has 1 region left before irrelevance.

Given my track record of a 100% 5050 loss rate, I assume that I will only have the liquid to get 1 team per region, so it MUST be the best one. I don't have a single NK char other than Aino, and I'm questioning which region I start the pulling process. My main thought is that if I start it later, I have more time to bank primos, and might even be able to get a c2 5* later. The only issue here is EOS- if I start too late, I might be doing this all for nothing.

Currently I'm thinking about sacking Nod Krai, and maybe even the entirety of Snezhnaya. My main thought with NK is Zibai. Geo DPS are quite rare, and seeing that there's only 1 good one per 2 years, with Zibai being a massive jump from Navia, she might be a good investment, alongside the fact that she takes HoD. For Snezhnaya, I think maybe the Tsaritsa may be able to last similar times to Mavuika due to the devs trying to match the hype with meta-ness.

I just need some help on which regions to completely sack, Natlan is a lost cause now, so it's either NK + Snez, Snez only, or both. If you have any additional tips please tell me too.
