Ideas: Vehicles should stay for longer. Going to level 10 is taking forever

Firstly, currently vehicles explode after a while not being used. This is perfectly fine for Battle Field, which Players usaully die before their vehicle got a chance to expire, and they can get a new one for free instantly when they respawn. In Wardogs, players pay for their vehicle and live for much longer, while may need stops for fights or bilding FOB. Making vechles expire is taking away many stratigies that require high mobility. Free vehicles isnt used much, and people who need vehicle usually buy one, so possibly just take away free vechicle and make paid vehicle stay forever. Secondly, I tried to upgrade sniper to level 10, and its literlly taking forever. I spent 15 hours on this game, half of time on sniper, and I am still on level 9. The sniper rifle before level 10 is kind of unusable, making players use this kind of guns for 8 hours is true torture.
