Vyvanse advice

Hey guys, i recently started vyvanse at 10mg. Its a low dose because ive had really bad depersonalization/deralization before from weed and was rlly scared of vyvanse doing the same. I dont really feel the 10 mg, but im scared the higher doses can mess me up with it
