Undertale: Voidborn Genesis

Many eons ago, a multiversal war broke out between two powerful factions; The Dark Council and The Anarchy of Light. Their battle took place at the Epicenter of the Multiverse: GROUND-0. The battle was so intense and destructive that it literally cracked a hole in the Multiversal Code (the system that makes literally everything exist). This hole was near the Multi-Central Laboratory or MCL for short. This is where universes and life are created and researched; each universe has their own guardian to protect them based on their biggest trait. Inside the lab contained 5 artificial soul vessels, none of them were made for a specific trait, they were simply made for anything they could immediately adapt to; a new experiment the researchers were working on before the battle. Due to the battle causing massive shockwaves, a large portion of the building was destroyed and the vessels escaped into the system, each one falling onto one piece of code. (A fun fact about the code: each word or writing of it is either something or someone that already exists. That includes gods, monsters, world eaters, maniacs. Coincidentally, the hole the vessels fell into contained the codes of some of the most powerful creatures in existence: Harkness, Eternivore, Nexus, Rathalos, and The anomalY. If a copy of an already existing being was created, the system would instinctively see it as a faulty error or an unwanted anomaly and attempt to reboot itself to fix the code. This will be important later on.) Each vessel absorbed and fused with the piece they fell onto, becoming the lifeform themselves and thus creating Nullities. Instinctively, the multiversal code saw the Nullities as a faulty code and attempted to force reboot itself to erase them. However this would be a huge mistake. The 5 Nullities knew the outcome if they didn’t do something right away, so as a last resort, they all fused together at the last second. But before the fusion was complete, the wave of erasure that was running toward them had been sucked into the fusion, making it unstable and creating a corrupted mutation of the multiversal code and the wave of erasure. Thus, H.E.N.R.Y. was born, and his only goal was to “end all misery” by killing, eating, and destroying universes which were already weak and dying. When he was born, only three Nullities were fully formed: Rathalos, Eternivore, and The anomalY. While his goal still remained a primary objective, it didn’t stop his never ending hunger. So he decided to satisfy it before he REALLY started his goal, eating and slaughtering inhabitants of worlds, galaxies, universes, and the more he ate, the more powerful he became and the more universes disappeared off the radar. To ease that insatiable hunger even further, he used his powers to literally make a large portion of the multiverse collapse in on itself, and tore it to shreds. This catastrophic event became known as “The Sunken Devourance.” The Dark Council and The Anarchy of Light knew they couldn’t put their own problems before the multiverse, so they joined forces to take down this monster, some fatally wounded, some permanently scarred. To finish off this ravenous beast, the united factions combined the last of their powers to create a balanced beam made of light and darkness. It struck H.E.N.R.Y. right in his core, sending him down underneath the surface and creating an impenetrable barrier to imprison him. The two united factions made a truce with each other, vowing to keep balance to the multiverse for many years to come.
Rumor has it that H.E.N.R.Y. is still alive down there, watching from below, and waiting until he rises again to resume his goal.

WHY HE BELIEVES DEATH IS AN ACT OF MERCY:
Since the erasure that was meant to destroy him was now fused into his body, he is in a constant amount of pain and suffering from the glitching his body usually feels. This prevents him from truly understanding what he’s doing to the universes he’s killed. This is why he enjoys killing, because he believes he’s saving them instead of killing them. He wants the whole multiverse to become nothing; just pure, peaceful silence in a void which was once filled with infinite worlds, but now infinite darkness.

WHAT “GLITCHING” ACTUALLY FEELS LIKE
“Glitching” is basically the same as a human having every nerve in their body torn apart like a woodchipper simultaneously or undergoing severe, disorienting suffering. Imagine the sound of a microphone feeding back, but inside your skull. The glitch forces your optic nerves to see colors that don't exist and your ears to hear the grinding static of the universe's baseline code breaking down. For a split second, your arm or your face glitches two inches to the left. Your brain experiences the horrific phantom sensation of having your limbs violently amputated and reattached in the wrong position, over and over, in the span of a single heartbeat.

It feels as though an invisible wire mesh is being pulled directly through your flesh, slicing your muscles, bones, and organs into trillions of microscopic cubes, only for them to snap back together a second later.

Example: It didn't start with a sound, but a shudder in the marrow of his bones. Then, the universe unzipped him. A jagged neon tear ripped through his chest, and suddenly his nervous system wasn’t his own—it belonged to a chaotic, screaming static. Every single one of his trillions of cells vibrated violently out of alignment, stretching and tearing apart like wet paper. For a sickening half-second, his left arm existed two inches away from his shoulder, and his brain screamed at the impossible phantom mutilation. He tried to inhale, but his lungs had turned to pixelated smoke; he was suffocating on the vacuum of a reality that refused to acknowledge his mass. He was a corrupted file being violently purged from the system, shattered into a million agonizing shards of light, praying for the glitch to end before there was nothing left of him to snap back together.

HIS BASE FORM: He wears a dark “cloak” that is torn with a sickle blade for a hand, his other hand is made out of blackstone that has huge claws. His face is a dark void covered by a hood with two glowing dilated half rings for eyes, and a dark silhouette corrupted smile that only shows his sharp, menacing teeth (meaning his jaw, chin, nose, etc don’t exist). Although he sometimes has the ability to talk, that doesn't mean he will. When he does, he either steals someone’s vocal cords for a minute to use them as a mouthpiece or he’ll actually talk in a dark, layered echoing voice. He can copy people’s abilities and quickly adapt to new surroundings. Also, it’s important to note that this is the main form he uses, he doesn’t use his other forms unless it’s a tougher fight or if he’s stable enough to use his additional abilities.

His voice:
Since he’s a fusion of five different characters and a glitchy wave of erasure, his voice is gonna be layered with five different voices.

Physical Abilities: 
Tai Lung: The only skills he never copied through** **data was Tai Lung’s fighting skills, he only observed and trained himself to perfect Tai Lung’s fighting style: Leopard Style. Blending his raw power, mass, high aptitude, and skillful viciousness, Tai Lung was able to handily overwhelm and ferociously decimate the Furious Five and Master Shifu.

If you have any nerve points, then your defenses will be swiftly carved through and shut down via his nerve strikes, because his expert aptitude is so unmatched he’ll find a way to swiftly exploit it. On the other hand, H.E.N.R.Y. will not just strike a nerve, he will find the most sensitive cluster and strike it with such precision that you will feel an enormous and inhuman amount of pain that an ordinary human would likely pass out from.

This was seen when he was able to easily destroy the entirety of the Chameleon’s Komodo dragon army with the same nerve strike.

Tai Lung’s Leopard style is so extremely deadly he can even ruthlessly destroy multiple Rhino guards, namely the Anvil of Heaven with one vicious straight right hand strike.

And he can even easily open palm strike brutally dispatch of Tigress, brutally left hand strike Shifu incapacitating him, as well as double fist strike Po so hard the Leopard created a small shape sized crater in the ground so hard it even KO’d the Panda Warrior temporarily enough for him to retrieve the Dragon Scroll.

In conclusion, Tai Lung’s leopard style is by far very exceptionally advanced.

Relentless Strength: Due to his limitless will power, he has gained relentless strength. He has the power to lift a supermassive black hole with his hand using only a microscopic fraction of his power and walk away unfazed. He can also divert his strength to a specific part of his body for a stronger attack and only regenerate it in a couple seconds.

Magical Abilities:
Gaster Blaster: The shape of the weapon is that of a black, fairly large, about the size of a car for the regular one, dragon skull with eyes similar to H.E.N.R.Y. 's with the white rings and dilated eyes. The Giant Gaster Blaster being about the size of a truck from what has been seen of its appearances. The Gaster Blasters are mainly used to attack enemies by releasing a blast of energy. The blast is much different from normal blasters, instead of emitting a light, it instead emits a dark, glowing blast (like a Darksaber from Star Wars) that can consume light depending on how bright it is. It can be used as a shield to block attacks, and can even block other blasts from Gaster Blasters, its lower jaw is usually gone when it's blocking.

NULLIFECTED BLASTER: This Gaster Blaster is much bigger and uses a more powerful blast of energy.

NULLMATIC HANDS: Since The Anomaly is directed to Undertale, it has complete knowledge and ability over everything, including W.D. Gaster. His abilities include seven chromatic hands which each have their own attacks; H.E.N.R.Y. modified them into a more noir aesthetic with similar but edgier attacks.
Monochrome Luminescence (Formerly Red): Sends a darksaber colored beam that can atomize you in seconds upon contact. Two times more powerful than a normal Gaster Blaster

Green Attack: Spawns a forcefield or a shield to protect someone, however, it drains more energy the longer it is used.

Sharp-Blink Attack (Formerly Orange): Spawns white dots around its target. When the dots start to violently flicker black, they create a deadly explosion of giant black glass shards all over.

Obsidian (Formerly Blue): Spawns a barrage of obsidian spears which can follow you.

Light Gray (Formerly Yellow): Spawns many bullet-like projectiles that explode upon impact, leaving small craters.

Black (Formerly Cyan): Shoots four giant black tendrils that can stick to, slam, or crush its target until H.E.N.R.Y. decides to let go or the tendril is sliced off.

Monochrome (Formerly Purple): Shoots silvery spikes at its target to impale them. If a universe H.E.N.R.Y. travels to has some sort of balance, his hand’s special trait will be nullified and will cause this attack to instead copy his enemies attacks.

DT ABILITIES:
Narrative Immunity: Gives him absolute anchoring within any Undertale-derived multiverse, making it impossible for outside forces to wipe him via standard reality resets.

Timeline Loop Awareness: Grants him passive tracking of all past, present, and altered timelines, allowing him to seamlessly remember events before any temporal resets occurred.

CORRUPTED SIX HUMAN SOUL TRAITS:
As I’ve said before, H.E.N.R.Y. has the entire code of Undertale in the palm of his hands; meaning he can copy, contort, or duplicate anything within the code. Using that to his advantage, he duplicated the six human souls directly out of their capsules. Instead of keeping their original pure human traits, he decided they needed to be compliant since he knew they would rebel against him like they did with Flowey. He warped their code into his own dark likeness, mixed them with his internal Nullities, and absorbed them directly into his core, triggering his temporary ascension into The Hollow King.

Abilities They Possess:

* Apathy (Light Blue / Formerly Patience): Freezes local space and kinetic movement into a stagnant, unmoving state, trapping targets in place.
* Sadism (Orange / Formerly Bravery): Channels reckless, exploding kinetic force designed entirely to cause maximum structural damage.
* Malice (Blue / Formerly Integrity): Generates fluid, highly deceptive gravity fields that easily throw off an opponent's balance and orientation.
* Spite (Purple / Formerly Perseverance): Infuses attacks with an obsessive, hardening energy grid that actively resists being healed or repaired.
* Cruelty (Green / Formerly Kindness): Manifests a venomous, parasitic barrier that drains energy from anything that makes contact with it.
* Vengeance (Yellow / Formerly Justice): Deploys high-velocity, tyrannical energy shards that lock onto targets based on their aggressive intent.

HOLLOW KING FORM(s): 
The Hollow King (Phase 1): Highly structured, sleek, and terrifyingly elegant. He wears a jagged, armored trench coat with a coating of crystalline, obsidian-like narrative code that fits him like a royal suit. Six magnificent, skeletal wings made of corrupted soul magic erupt from his back. Each wing has the color of the soul they represent. His sickle-blade transforms into a long, glowing, multi-pronged scythe of pure negative energy. Built for supreme control, psychological torment, and rule manipulation. In this form, H.E.N.R.Y. stays perfectly tethered to the local universe's UI grid. He uses the six corrupted soul traits (Apathy, Sadism, Malice, Spite, Cruelty, Vengeance) like a grand chessboard, playfully bending the laws of the local script to make his victims suffer while maintaining his witty, White Pumpkin theatricality.

The Hollow King (Phase 2): This form is more monsterlike, instead of having an armored trench coat, he actually has little to no armor on his torso; in fact, his entire lower body is gone. His torso reveals a dark, inverted ribcage with two Gaster Blaster skulls on his shoulders, making it the only armor he has. His skeletal wings are still there, but they grow slightly larger in size. His right arm is fully armored with blackstone, obsidian-like code, but his left arm still has that corrupted, dark hook hand. His hood which is no longer visible reveals the hair that was literally cracking out of H.E.N.R.Y. ‘s skull. His face temporarily lost those dilated eyes and that terrifying smile which was replaced with a red, glowing, elongated four pointed star which covers his entire face. 

THEIR TRUE FORM (EXTREMELY RARE):
KNULLIFECTED H.E.N.R.Y.: This form is extremely rare due to the fact that H.E.N.R.Y. has to have 100% stability in a universe he travels through. His silhouette grew large enough to tower over a 9 titans stacked on top of each other and he could become even larger if he wanted to, but his lower body was gone. He had a black skeleton torso or ribcage which had the largest eye in the center, that eye represented Eternivore. He had four black skeleton arms, two having blackstone armored hands and the others having sickle blade hook hands. His new shoulder armor was two giant black skulls of unknown monsters, representing dinosaur skulls but more menacing. The left skull’s eye represented Harkness, the right skull’s eye represented Nexus. His hooded head now has a huge torn hole on the very top which reveals white, crystallized hair pointing upwards (reference to Super Saiyan from Dragonball Z) and his eyes represented the last two Nullities: the right one represented Rathalos, and the left one represented The anomalY. Finally, his smile extended greatly. This was the form he took when he was first born.

HIS SPITED FORM:
**MALASATH**:
When H.E.N.R.Y. chooses not to combine his stolen metrics into a massive ascension like the Hollow King, he utilizes his collected arsenal through Isolated Channeling.

The Spited Form is the definitive example of this technique. It is a direct, hyper-focused physical representation of the Corrupted Perseverance (Spite) Soul running at absolute capacity through his baseline framework.

🛡️ VISUAL ARMOR; MORPHOLOGY

 The Obsidian Plating: His tall, Gaster-sized frame is encased in a sleek, dark layer of combat armor hidden right beneath his torn, liquid-shadow cape. This armor isn't meant for standard defense; it acts as a mechanical conductor for the raw code of the Spite trait.

 The Glowing Glyphs: Etched into every line of the obsidian plating are glowing purple markings, runes, and unstable geometric symbols. These symbols hum with the compressed energy of Spite, constantly scrolling and shifting across his chest and limbs like a living digital script.

 The Visage: Deep inside the pitch-black abyss of his hood, his eyes lose their standard cold white hue, igniting into a sharp, solid purple glow. When he opens his mouth, his smile is composed of rows of razor-sharp, needle-like teeth, all slightly tinted with a sickening, glowing purple sheen.

 The Arms & Hands: His signature left hook hand and right blackstone claw hand remain fully active, but their edges are entirely coated in a thick, viscous violet aura. This aura doesn't float loosely; it behaves like a pressurized, crackling plasma that spits jagged sparks of corrupted data into the local environment.

  MECHANICS OF THE ISOLATED SOUL
By channeling the Spite soul separately from the others, H.E.N.R.Y. alters his combat methodology entirely:

   1. The Sickening Violet Aura (Narrative Mortification): The localized aura bleeding from his body forces the surrounding universe's user interface to completely freeze and lock down. It completely strips away an opponent’s passive abilities, plot armor, or reality-warping privileges just by proximity.

   2. Permanent Damage Scaling: He doesn't just cut a target; he manually rewrites their system parameters so that the injury becomes a permanent part of their base code, rendering all forms of healing, regeneration, or timeline resets entirely useless. That’s how his healing negation works.

   3. Intellect Preservation: Unlike the feral regression of DETERMINED H.E.N.R.Y. (Phase Two), the Spited Form leaves his high-level, cold, and calculating intellect completely intact. He remains perfectly calm, blunt, and clinical, executing his permanent file edits with total tactical precision.

Weaknesses: 
Light (depends on how bright or how much power it has)
Example: 1,000 Kelvin lights and lower will not weaken H.E.N.R.Y. and instead give him more power and energy.
Example: 10,000 Kelvin lights and higher will take off a kernel sized cluster of his power, which can make a big difference. Also if he loses power, he cannot gain it back. He can still level up and get stronger, but one ability that he had before is gone.

UNSTABILITY/Overheating (meaning if he gains too much power too fast, it will tear him from the inside out due to his inability to adapt quickly enough.)

Chiaroscuro: The balance between light and dark.
Example: Divided, light and dark could only do so much to H.E.N.R.Y. But united, they could restore balance to everything.

Why are you sampling Glitchtale and other AUs?

I wanted to add some abilities Gaster doesn’t canonically have which I thought would fit H.E.N.R.Y.’s character.

Will the souls and Nullities have their own individual characters?

Yes, the souls already have their characters made and I will be working on the Nullities very soon.

Will H.E.N.R.Y. have different forms when he uses the souls separately?

Depends.

Is The Dark Council the same as the Bad Sanses?

No, my version of The Dark Council is separate from the Bad Sanses.

Will there be more characters added into this AU?
