I'm looking for a place to move into in Bashundhara Residential Area (Blocks A-E).

Requirements:

• Private bedroom
• Balcony (preferred)
• 24/7 access to the building (no gate-closing restrictions)
• IPS/backup power facility is a must
• Open to:
  • A room in a shared apartment
  • A sublet
  • A small 1-bedroom apartment

Budget: Up to BDT 18,000/month, including rent, gas, electricity, water, and service charge.

I'm a working professional, clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. Looking to move in as soon as possible.
