Apx 5wks pregnant & constantly cramping?

It feels like period cramps constantly. It’s been at least 2 weeks of this. Nausea of course and absolutely no appetite, but I’m finding myself having to put an ice pack on my abdomen on and off all day to soothe it.
I’m not sure if this is normal - having done some research I know cramps can show up, just not sure about how long/constant.
