Support build

I really enjoy being a team player in this game and think a support build (pick up more ammo, heal teammates faster high carry weight) would be really fun, the only problem is that would make me do subpar damage and rely on teammates for the killing, would it be a viable strategy? especially for getting the pacifist trophy
