Illegal defender (due to being out of bounds) jumps up and touches the ball right as the 1 sec disappears. We don’t have a clock shown to us with .1-9, but the officials I guess do? And if that’s the case, you just have to put the clock to 1 second. You also can’t take the .1-9 seconds away for nothing. So they award 1 full second of play. Otherwise this is completely rigged imo.
