I think I fucked up prologue timing. Should I restart?

So I thought that when the quest says it takes one pipe it actually does take only one pipe. But I went a little overboard and I still have like a couple quests left, only 3 piles left too.

I realized that and in panic peeped online, it looks like the main quest takes 3 pipes alone. But I'm still in the middle of a quest that takes at least a pipe and there are other quests too. Is it possible to do all prologue quests? For now I did: >!went fishing, found Lazar, fought with the guy that was insulting us, found the crucifix, now I'm helping some women finding this cloth thing, got the task about pig!<. I get the idea of time running out etc. But it's a shame that it forces us to completely abandon some stories. I've heard about mod removing time constraints, but I'm not sure I want to modify core game mechanics that much and don't want to become overpowered.
