Type c iems?

Im looking for headphones/earphones for listening to music, I don't care much about gaming, anc and the flashy features

Something with solid audio, good quality and a decent mic

But I'm confused Abt iems, cuz idk how their mics are especially in usb c

If you guys have any recommendations under 3k for any iems, headphones plz lemme know
