Contamination OCD with a newborn

I have a 7 week old newborn. I am washing my hands to the point where they look wrinkly on my palms and the backs of my hands are dry and cracked. I’m starting to lose feeling in my hands. I get scared of my baby getting sick. How can I get over this??
