Preorder Bonus?

Hello there! I preordered the Xbox physical version in July on Amazon and after a week long delay… I finally got it today, only to discover there was no preorder code in the box or in my email.

I attempted to reach out to Amazon support and all they told me to do is wait since their automated system is supposed to send it out. Is anyone else having this issue?
