Anyone know how to open a small shop in Harare CBD?

Hi guys. Every building in town is turning into a mall these days. I'm not complaining, I want in. I can source babywear in bulk and want to open a small shop.

Thing is, I have no clue how it works. How do you rent a shop space? How do you get a shop licence and what does it cost? How do taxes work? What does a small shop like this actually have to pay and to who? What other costs are there? What are the gotchas?
