Is Aaron Burr the only VP or president to kill someone while in office?

I will add to this question, are there any other historical examples of someone in such high office personally killing an enemy?

It’s impossible to imagine in a modern context. A sitting VP being indicted in two states while running out of the country before returning to the senate for work.
