In cour 4 we see uraharas bankai and his final appearance in the manga but even with the anime changes there hasn’t been a single second of screentime with urahara to show hes alive and with nel in the ep 7 and she can also heal with her saliva so there could be a chance urahara could have a role in the final battle Also we see everyone except the four nel saved on bawabawa thank you for reading and its just a guess sorry
