Old horror psychological(?) game that has silent hill vibe

Mobile game that had vibe of silent hill, it could've been a fever dream... but it had, i think, little almost to none jumpscares, multiple endings, i think, it had some collectible items, as in like, momento from past(?), there was a section with wire maze that was suspended above a drop on ground, one of endings is when you get to workshop like room, it had a grid on the floor which used to see a flesh like walls and floor in room below it, i can't quite remember if there was a door inside that workshop room, but there was a ladder to go down to that flesh room, and that flesh room had a car in center, there was a door right in front of the car's front, i got the ending by trying to drive the car, but i got stuck there, and the water outside the car started to rise, after that i didn't play it, i also remember it had the room that looked from silent hill... the room that repeated itself, if anyone remembers that room, also a hospital(?), where i remember getting a card collectible momento, after picking it up in the hole, which it was reachable through room on other side, while we were in hallway, but after collecting the card there was a jumpscare of a nurse with wrapped head (i think...), which were on the hallway side of the hole in wall, btw about the wire maze, it was like those fence like wire, after sometime i have entered it, it began to set itself ablaze slowly but surely, i don't remember if there was enemy that also makes you to try and go faster, but yeah...

Could be a fever dream, could be forgotten/abandoned/deleted game.
