Is it true that sunny was fated to be fateless?

If it’s true, does that mean Weaver’s plan already included Cassie manipulating everything to guide Sunny toward breaking Fate? If so, does that also mean Cassie was somehow destined to reach Supreme by playing a role in breaking Fate?

Or was Weaver’s plan only centered around Sunny, with Cassie simply taking advantage of the situation to pursue her own goals?

I’m also having trouble understanding the implications for Fate itself. If Fate already “knew” that it was eventually going to be broken, does that mean Weaver was able to foresee this and create a plan around Fate’s eventual destruction?

And if that’s the case, what exactly were Cassie’s visions as a Master showing her? Was she seeing a future in which Fate remained intact, meaning that the future she saw was ultimately destined to become false once Fate was broken?
