tips for undergrad

hi everyone, i just started my first year of undergrad at a CC, hoping to transfer to UCLA after 2yrs, but I was just curious on any tips to prepare my application for UCLA, and even med school. I know I need research, clinical hours, shadowing, etc but I’m not sure where to start with all that like how to get it.

also, how did yall study for the mcat? how much did you study? what score did you get?

please literally anything would help even if it’s unrelated to what I asked. I just want some insight and maybe learn some things i should be doing 🙏
