Wifi keeps turning off automatically

I'm using OnePlus 15 Chinese Variant and currently on 16.0.9.400

Somedays earlier , the audio on Facebook reels stopped working , tried many fixes but nothing solved the issue.

Yesterday the wifi stopped working , everytime I toggle the wifi on , it keeps turning off within 3-5 seconds.

Any solutions?? TIA
