Has anyone had a thought that you want to do something nice for the patients like giving free crown to a friend etc? Then a thought of “no good dead goes unpunished” crept into your head and stopped you.

If you are that kind of dentist and maybe the act of giving just makes you feel good, how would you go about that without risking yourself.
