AITA for moving on too fast??

Hello everyone! I’m a 24F who was recently broke up with by my ex of 3.5 yrs. I started talking to someone (accidentally, I didn’t realize it would progress this far) the day after we broke up. For context, my ex and I were on a downhill slope for at least 6 months to a year- very little sex and no romance. I knew it was over but couldn’t figure out how to end it. When he did, I cried, but then I felt relieved!! My friends are all making me feel weird for talking to someone so soon, but like I feel fine? I think I came to terms with the breakup long before it ended. So: am I the asshole for moving on so soon?
