I think I'm a beta. Now what?

I'm 28 and a virgin. I'm scared to talk to women in real life and get off to sexting alpha men online. I'm almost certain I'm a beta, but working on accepting it isn't easy. Anyways, what now? So if I'm a beta, how do I move forward assuming this development?
