Magnific Web has been frozen since yesterday — anyone else having this issue?

Magnific Web has been frozen since yesterday, and I can’t create images or videos. The website seems to get stuck and doesn’t complete the generation.

I switched to my mobile phone and tried the Magnific app, and it works perfectly. However, creating videos on the mobile app isn’t convenient for me, so I really need the web version to work.

Has anyone else experienced this issue since yesterday? Is there a known problem with Magnific Web, or is there anything I can try to fix it?
