collaborator invites not working

as a concert photographer, getting collabs with fan pages really helps my posts reach larger audiences, but for the past few days this function hasn’t been working and it’s been really hard to grow my account & get exposure

whenever i try to invite accounts to collaborate with my posts (after posting), all looks good until i click save and then the tags turn into normal tags and the invites don’t send. i’ve been able to invite accounts to collaborate after posting in the past without issues so i’m not too sure what’s happening atm

i’ve tried everything tho i swear 😭 deleted & reinstalled the app, updated it, logged out & back in, even tried on the desktop version

i even invited my main account + non fan page accounts to test it out which did seem to go thru, but no matter what fan page accounts i try to invite it doesn’t work (even though i’ve successfully invited those accounts before). so idk if my account has been restricted for some reason without warning?

has anyone had this happen recently or know how to fix it? cheers
