Tyler Warren and Luther Burden as Keepers?

Like the title says, I’m deciding on keepers. I’m locked in on Burden since he’s costing me an 11th round pick. Tyler Warren I’m still deciding on. The other top 3 TEs are keepers for other teams, but Warren will cost me the 4.03 and I don’t have a 5th round pick this year. Added context, I do have the 3.05 and 3.12, so my tentative plan is RBs in rounds 1 and 2 and WRs for both of the 3 picks. Then I’ve got Burden already in my flex and Warren as my TE when I head into rounds 6.
The alternate plan would be not having a 2nd keeper or Kyle Monangai for a 10th round pick.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
