Posting this for awareness and prevention, especially for fellow camera rental owners and businesses who know this person and may transact with MARIA MARJORIE JIMENEZ PANO in the future.

Noong July 30–August 1, nag-rent siya ng camera sa amin. After ng rental period, continuous siyang nag-request for an extension (nagbabayad pa siya nito) until umabot ng August 10, na nire-require na namin syang i-return ang camera dahil may next renter na matagal nang naka-reserve.

During the whole requests of extension, marami siyang reasons she cant return the camera, including got stuck in Baguio, may kasamang mga bata, at nagka-problema sa biyahe kaya di maka-uwi.

We keep following her up until she finally admitted na ISINANGLA NIYA SA PAWNSHOP SA MANDALUYONG WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT. At first, sinabi niya na makikipag-cooperate sya to resolve this. Binigyan naman namin siya ng chances and we've been patient on her. We've had an agreement and demand letters kung kailan nya tutubusin but until now, NO PROGRESS. Nagbigay pa siya ng post-dated check (PDC) to postpone posting her in social media. Turns out, matagal nang closed ang account kung saan drawn ang check. We were also informed that the checkbook used for the PDC was from her previous company and that the account had already been closed.

We are left with no choice but to POST HER TO STOP HER FROM SCAMMING and use checks of other people ILLEGALLY AS COLLATERAL.

ALSO, for those considering hiring her, we also encourage you to do proper background checks. We personally spoke with her previous employer who shared with us their own experience involving her. We are sharing this only as information for you to verify independently.
