Support play - breakdown

I’ve only watched it once, but it seemed like there were way more instances than normal where there was a lack of support on line breaks, players were late getting to the breakdown, or there was no halfback/distributor—or they were late—to get the ball away from the base of the ruck. Newell shouldn’t be having to play halfback at multiple rucks.
The whole thing just felt weirdly slow and out of character for the ABs.
