Is Nobuhiko Okamoto, the Voice Actor for Sasake Ganryu, Also the Face Model?

I have been looking at the Japanese face of Nobuhiko Okamoto, the Japanese VA for Sasake Ganryu, and I noticed a resemblance to Ganryu. The only difference Ganryu seems to have less fat around the face, making him skinner.

With Capcom being Capcom, the face likenesses aren't always 100 percent due to them exaggerating the faces like in RE village. Am I going crazy, or does anyone see the resemblance?

Before someone pulls "The all Asians look alike" stereotype on me, I am also Asian.
