Suggestion for Heli pilots

So I have had so much fun learning how to pilot helicopters in this game and I'm totally addicted although I still feel really bad when I crash with a full load of Soldiers with me so I had an idea that could maybe counter-balance that whilst also be really in tune with the mercenary style the game is going with.

What if as a pilot, if I had enough money I could insure the loadout of my passenger for something like 500$ so that if they die I have to pay back their investements.

I feel like this way it also incentivise me to be a better pilot, feel less bad and even take a lesser hit my repution by taking them in at a charge, giving me a reward for my piloting skills.
