Why are people saying that tanks are too strong when it’s the supports?

Outside of magneto and thing with torch enhanced I don’t think any of the tanks are particularly good right now. And even then if the problem healers like Luna mantis or Cnd (I’m choosing to exclude gambit because he’s not as sustain heavy so he doesn’t make them both unkillable). I thought you guys didn’t want rivals to repeat over watch mistakes so why say nerf tanks when goats meta pops up when we know that it happened in overwatch because of supports?
