Career advice Mil to Civ

Reaching out for general career advice as I am considering a transition out of military medicine to the civilian market. Primary aerospace trained but occ med board eligible with intentions to challenge the board before exiting. Timeline is roughly 2 years with goal for exit in 2028. I am primarily interested in occ med specifically looking for executive or corporate opportunities. Please give me your best advice for these next two years to optimize my opportunities.
