Current leaderboard and rules for Battle Frontier?

So, with the rumor of Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald being release at the end of this month for nintendo switch systems. I have a question about the battle frontier team building. If they actually come out I will like to play it under a fan accepted rules.

For example, i know some glitches are allow to get Pokemon for your team. I will like to know the full rules for it. Is using RNG manip allowed? Is ACE (to help with the rng and/or create mons with a possible PID) allowed? I do know that mons with impossible IV are not allow, like a perfect ivs roamers from fired red.
