Is this some type of ragebait?

I just had some guy in the arena run away for 4 minutes straight only using swift shard, and when i got tired of trying to rollcatch on latency with an HTS i pulled out a Milady and just frame trapped him with JR2's and he called me a coward with like 15 emojis and blocked me.

Is this some kind of ragebait or just genuine swiftshard crutch mentality?
