Apartment in Fairburn

Hello,

I am looking for someone to take over my lease. It is a 1/1 813 square feet, base rent is 1471 and utilities bring it up to about 1775.

The community is gated with a pool, gym, and on call curtesy officers.

I am 15 minutes away from the airport and very close to downtown. Please let me know if anyone is interested, looking to move in October or sooner.
