Not receiving verification code

I’ve been having problems with my spark app being super slow so I signed out and restarted the app like I have done hundreds of times. Except now whenever I put in my email and password and it is supposed to send me a verification code, the code never comes through. I have been trying for hours. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted and redownloaded, called support, and texted the spark number myself and I still haven’t been able to get in for about 6 hours now. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really need to get logged back in so I can work this weekend. TIA!
