Returning employee; higher pay?

I’m planning on coming back to OGP as a part timer and I’m hoping to get paid even more. I guess this is me arguing my case for getting paid a little more than average, which I know varies by state. I would like to hear some thoughts.

I worked in the stocking department from 2020 to 2021.
Then OGP from 2021 to 2022.
Back to stocking department in 2023 (transferred stores).
Did a few months of cashiering
And once again, OGP in 2024 before leaving Walmart.

Since then, I’ve been a Door Dash delivery driver and have done shopping runs on occasion.

With me already understanding Walmart, in about 3-4 different areas across 4 years in 2 different stores, and requiring not a minute of training; do I have a solid case to ask for higher pay if I were to return?

I hope my door dashing experience also carries weight. OGP definitely prepared me for that so hopefully it comes full circle here.

Like I said, I know the average pay varies by state. I used to get paid about $15 to $15.50. I’m hoping for $16 to $17. Any advice and thoughts would help. I’ll definitely try to leverage a flexible schedule too.
