Has anyone else needed time to get used to being sexually active after being incognito?

Hello! 22F, and I have basically been a virgin my whole life? (sorta) I have been touched by two other women yet I never got an orgasm plus I was not comfortable nor relaxed (All this happened before I figured out that I am sapiosexual and demisexual). I had just recently started getting sexually active with a woman (yes I am lesbian) and it takes me a while to orgasm. I have needed the help of a vibrator to get me to that point.

We have even started using toys and the first time we didn’t go fully because it hurt and my body wasn’t ready. Second time went better, all these experiences i’ve had with her feel good! I just don’t think my body is used to it, I also still get in my head about a lot of things.

Basically what i’m asking is has anyone else’s body and mind needed time to adjust to being sexually active? My
body still tenses up n I still get nervous thinking about everything under the sun when it comes to me and my body.
