Worth buying r15 v3 second hand at 60k 45000kms completed

Hi everyone I am thinking to buy a r15 , can afford a new one but I'm getting a old one at 60k can bargain it to max 55k . If I am thinking to buy this what are things or repairs that I need to consider especially engine rebuilding or tappet checkup

And I am from Hyderabad dm me if you have a better offer or a better bike at 75-80k
