Revelation 11-12

Question, most other Catholics I have spoken with say Mary had no labor pains, which is what I was taught too. However, they also say the woman in Revelation 11 and 12 is Mary, the Queen of Heaven, even though the woman has labor pains. Can someone help me explain this please?
