I think I want to end my relationship

venting/ranting

Hello everyone.

I've been dating my girlfriend for almost a year now ,our anniversary is soon and this is a horrible moment to be experiencing these emotions.

I've always been avoidant ,wanting to leave not only my relationship but friendships and family members has always been in the back of my mind after each argument. This is my first serious relationship, but not hers. She's ready to spend her whole life with me even though we're young adults.

I know I'm going to sound like an asshole but I do not want to go my whole life without experiencing someone else or being single or no strings attached.

I know a lot of you might suggest an open relationship, however, I am monogamous and I do not want to hurt my girlfriend any more than I would by simply breaking up.

I would never cheat on my girlfriend, and I never have wandering eyes. Currently, there isn't anyone else I want to get that out of the way.

I just don't wanna be in a relationship now knowing that in the future, there's no new experiences.

This has a lot to do with me being queer and moving abroad to a new country where I can finally be myself.

My girlfriend has moved to the same country in different cities so we have a long-distance relationship of sorts.

I do not want to break up with her now because we've both experienced a huge change by moving countries to continue our studies. But the longer we are together, the harder it's gonna be.( She did not move for me it was a coincidence that we both wanted to study here)

I love her. I really do as stupid as that may sound after typing out all of this, but right now, I want to be single.

Any advice?

(Also, if you're homophobic find something better to do cause I promise you I'm still going to be gay)
