I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Atlas (KCL accommodation in Vauxhall) for the 2026/27 academic year.

• Building: Atlas (Zone 1/2 Vauxhall)
• Room Type: Non-ensuite room in a 3-bed flat
• Bathrooms: 2 shared bathrooms between the 3 of you
• Price: £338 per week (all bills + Wi-Fi included)
• Contract Length: 40 weeks
• Incredible Transport: Vauxhall station is practically next door. You've got the Victoria Line, National Rail, and 24-hour buses. The commute to Strand, Waterloo, or Guy's campuses is incredibly fast.
• Small Flat: You're only sharing the kitchen and bathrooms with 2 other people. It's much quieter, cleaner, and more private than the massive 8-to-10 person cluster flats.
• Building Perks: Atlas is super modern. It has great social/study spaces, outdoor terraces with insane London skyline views, 24/7 security, and even a gym and 25m swimming pool right next door.

Important: Because this is an official KCL residence, you must be a full-time King's College London student to take over the contract.
