My X4 Pro landed yesterday afternoon in Sweden and I've already made such great progress in a book that I last tried to read in 2019. That's the year I graduated high-school and started university. I obviously read textbooks in university and my "reading for fun"-time came to a halt.

I tried to pick up paperback books, but I'd have such a hard time falling asleep with the room being lit up enough so I could read paper books. The light would keep me up, and I instead reverted to listening to podcasts in the dark. The tiny print in paperback also became increasingly more difficult for my tired eyes after a whole day of university reading.

Kindle and Kobos and the likes I found to be too expensive, and I didn't like being tied down to a store. I didn't feel confident to pull the trigger on a gadget that I might not use on a daily basis.

But I found out about XTEINK and I pulled the trigger as soon as the X4 Pro came out with a backlight.

I've only had it for 24 hours, but already read with it for three hours. With it being so tiny, it's so convenient to bring around. I decided to celebrate its awaited arrival by getting brunch and reading at a café this morning!

This subreddit has been so helpful, and while waiting for mine I have read so many posts and found so many tips and tricks. I'm super happy with my device, and can't wait for more café reading sessions.

There's nothing like reading and having Saturday brunch.
