AIO for saying we need to just move?

We currently live in a cute little town with very limited childcare options. Specifically 2 full time daycares with long waitlists. I left my full time job to stay home with the kids. But I am burnt out and the only way I see getting a real consistent break is going back to work. The additional income would help us as well, and while it isn’t urgent at the moment it will be in a few months.

At this point, I want to move. my husband does not. But I need a job, a break and we need daycare.

If we stay we will be hobbling together part time daycare, with possibly a babysitter or nanny if we can find one? ( we haven’t had good luck finding long term help, even consistent babysitters who are over the age of 15 or arent moms themselves who want to watch their kids + mine). Husband thinks I can go back to work where we are (which is possible) and then we can make it work as he works from home and I may be allowed to work from home (not a sure bet). And our children are high energy, rambunctious and there is 3 of them lol.

We don’t have family to help. At this point I don’t see another option except to move. AITAH for pushing this idea? Or worst case scenario issuing an ultimatum?
