Struggling to believe in God

I cant believe I am saying this, I am a practicing Catholic but lately there are just some things I saw in this world, Like people being born with disabilities that can have a impact on their life so big. I feel like an All loving God wouldn't do that, its like they arent given an equal chance... I am very guilty for typing this right now, maybe I still believe in him but I am just wondering why would God let those happen. I just want some answers please.
