Advice About Overload Team

My Mavuika is C0R0 and the other teammates are:

• C6 Chevreuse

• C3 Ororon

• C2 Iansan

I'm trying to use this team for 12th floor abyss (Second Half).

Since most guide suggest that both Ororon and Iansan to be C6, would other character be a better replacement since their C2 and C3 respectively?

I tried the team above but seems like Chevreuse's healing alone is not enough for sustain again the Icewind Suite (Coppelia & Coppelius). So I switched Iansan with Bennett and clear quickly.
However, in the 2nd Chamber against Iniquitous Baptist, Ororon's electro application alone isn't enough to destroy the Pyro shield lol (or was it my skill problem?).

So here I want to ask if switching to other characters will be a better choice or I just need to improve my skill?
